Shipping Information

All orders are dispatched from New Zealand with tracked shipping included.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 hours of purchase during business days.

Estimated Shipping Times

  • New Zealand: 1–3 business days
  • Australia: 3–7 business days

Delivery timeframes may vary slightly during high-volume periods or customs processing.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

30-Day Returns

We want you to feel confident shopping with Elevate Recovery. Eligible products can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

  • Products must be returned in the same condition they were received
  • Returns must include proof of purchase
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or arrives damaged

Requesting a Return

To request a return, email info@elevaterecovery.shop with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return (optional)

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@elevaterecovery.shop and include:

  • Photos of the issue or damage
