30-Day Returns
We want you to feel confident shopping with Elevate Recovery. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, eligible products can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
- Products must be returned in the same condition they were received
- Original packaging must be included where possible
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
Starting a Return
To request a return, email info@elevaterecovery.shop with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return (optional)

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Elevate Recovery is not responsible for lost return parcels.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
1-Year Warranty
All Elevate Recovery products include a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and product faults under normal use.
Warranty Exclusions
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidental damage
- Normal cosmetic wear and tear
- Unauthorised modifications or improper use

To submit a warranty claim, please contact info@elevaterecovery.shop with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the fault where applicable
Australia & New Zealand Returns
Returns are currently accepted from both New Zealand and Australia. Return instructions and addresses will be provided by email once your request has been reviewed.
